The Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences (CVM) recently sponsored our seventh cohort of staff, faculty, and administrators to attend a 40-hour Basic Mediation Course. This outstanding cohort joins the current 150+ colleagues/CVM Mediators who have participated in the course. The course is facilitated by Dr. Nancy Watson and features many guest speakers from around the college and university. The course trains individuals to manage conflict and create a positive climate within our college. All graduating attendees became recognized mediators and can be identified by the gold plaques displayed on their doors.
